The Land Rover Discovery Vision Concept (pictured) revealed
Last night we had the first photo of the new Land Rover Discovery Vision Concept as it leaked out ahead of the Discovery’s reveal in New York alongside a scale mode of the Virgin Galactic and it public debut at the New York Motor Show. But now we get the full Monty; photos, specifications and detail of the technology Land Rover is preparing for future models of the Discovery. And there’s more than one Discovery.
This is our second glimpse of a new range-extender sports car concept that Infiniti will unveil at the 2012 Geneva motor show in March; it's already been teased once before. So presumably the engine that's part of electrified powertrain isn't the company's big 3.7-litre V6? You're right there.

Volkswagen boss Wolfgang Bernhard has quit the company as part of a shake-up at Europe's biggest car maker. The news comes as little surprise after months of uncertainty and change at the top of VW. Bernhard built a reputation as an abrasive operator in his short stint as CEO of the Wolfsburg company and had numerous confrontations with unions as he pushed through more modern working practices.
